3. Counter-Notification

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal district where your address is located.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days, unless the copyright holder files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

As a blog with no user submissions, kTechCat does not host third-party user content. All published articles are original works authored by the site owner. Therefore, the concept of "repeat infringers" does not apply to this website.
